The resort was fantastic. The apartment I had was on the third floor overlooking the amazing infinity pool which seamlessly flows onto the lagoon. The bed linen had a few spots of mould on it . The apartment was fully self contained including washing machine and dryer . Kitchen had everything you needed including a dishwasher and the cupboards were full of cutlery, plates, bowls and cups . The pool was slightly heated to take the edge of the temperature and I spent many hours every day in it . It opens at 7am closes at 10pm . The walk down to Trinity Beach and the beachfront restaurants took a mere 3min and was flat and easy going .

The staff and Management were soooo super friendly, helpful and amazing to deal with. The room was fantastic, clean roomy and close to facilities etc. Pool area was beautiful. Already booked our next trip to stay

Overall the accomdation was suitable for my needs. Was a good base whilst holidaying. The self contained has all you need and the location is great. However I feel that the rooms are slightly lacking in cleanliness. The lamp shades are old and tatty, curtains were filthy and the shower was grubby. A bit of attention here would be great.

The blue lagoon resort is a nice serviced apartment with Hotel aspects. We liked the heated pool and the possibility to rent some tennis rackets (although they might need a little love). We didn’t use the other pool. The rooms were spacious and clean, there is no room service unless you are staying over a week I believe (we stayed 6 nights). We ended up doing some towel washing ourselves, which I’d expect in an airbnb or a cheaper place, I was a bit surprised here though, also that you are expected to take all rubbish at the end and empty the dishwasher. So all in all it was nice, but I think that it’s better to know these things in advance in order not to be disappointed:).

Simply not worth the money. The beds are made up of two single mattresses pushed together. The huge bathroom window was not secure, and wouldn't lock. Anyone could jump through it from the walkway outside. Generic response from management, didn't really care. The main pool was not accessible due to repairs to the deck, bad planning for school holiday time. Great location but it's just another hotel room like any other.

Blue Lagoon Resort has apartment style rooms of a high quality at a reasonable price. We had a ground floor apartment with a pool 5 meters from the back door. There is a heated infinity pool in the complex also along with a large ornamental lake. The on-site restaurant has recently closed which was disappointing, but there is a kebab shop just up the road which does good takeaway food and several eateries 2 minutes away on the Esplanade.

Absolute wonderful stay! We travelled with our 10 month old baby and the whole resort was just perfect! The reception staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful in every way! We really felt at home and we had such a fantastic family holiday! Thank you Blue Lagoon Resort!

“Free upgrade” was a dark, dingy 2-bed by the road, no privacy, no sun, A/C never cleaned, but especially with clear evidence of MOULD (eg blinds), windows never cleaned, huge stains on grimy carpets. Had immediate reaction to the mould, burning eyes, nose, gums, etc. Shocked to have been allocated this unit as had informed management of the serious sensitivity prior to arrival. Maintenance and management extremely rude when we brought it up. Reimbursed all costs but left without accommodation late afternoon in strange city after long travel. Truly disgusted with this experience. Could never recommend supporting this type of service or this service provider.
